I work with a range of gut, hormone and nutrition-related concerns, often where symptoms overlap or haven’t responded to simple approaches.

Erika Hung

A big part of my passion is helping you feel more confident around food again and creating a space where you feel heard (not judged).

With over 6 years of experience in private practice, my approach is practical, personalised and prioritises your relationship with food. Rather than jumping into “cutting out foods”, we focus on understanding what’s driving your symptoms and conditions before building something that is realistic to stick to long-term.

I work with people navigating medical conditions that don’t always fit neatly into one box, where gut issues, food and other health concerns don’t feel so straight forward to manage. While my core passions are gut health, neurodivergence and women’s health, I also love supporting and chronic disease and helping clients feel good again through delicious food.
