Hi, I’m Erika
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Most of the people I work with have already spent a lot of time trying to “eat well”, researching what they should be doing, making changes… but still feel overwhelmed and unsure what actually applies to them. There’s often a lot of conflicting advice, their symptoms don’t fully make sense and what seems to work for others doesn’t seem to work for them.
That’s where I love to come in.
Over the past 6+ years in private practice, I’ve grown a love and passion in supporting people with gut issues, women’s health conditions (like endometriosis and PCOS) and those who feel stuck between doing “all the right things” and still not getting the results or clarity they’re looking for.
Areas I support
IBS, bloating, constipation, food intolerances, ongoing gut symptoms
Reflux, coeliac disease, IBD, diverticular disease, gallstones, cholecystectomies, other digestive conditions
Endometriosis & PCOS
ADHD & neurodivergence-related nutrition support (adult & paediatric)
Fussy eating & sensory-based food challenges
High cholesterol, insulin resistance, fatty liver, diabetes, high blood pressure, gout
Weight management (including GLP-1 support)
Plant-based nutrition (vegetarian & vegan)
What it’s like to work together
My approach is practical, personalised and prioritises a positive relationship with food. You won’t be judged, rushed or made to feel like you’ve done something wrong if things haven’t worked in the past. We use that as information, not failure!
I don’t see food as something you need to constantly control or get “perfect”. Instead, we’ll focus on achievable and realistic changes, rather than trying to overhaul everything at once. Our sessions are collaborative, supportive and tailored to you. The goal is to create something you can actually stick to in your unique day-to-day life.
I also recognise that consistency can look different for everyone. So, if things have felt overwhelming, hard to follow or just not sustainable long-term, we adapt the approach so it works for you.
Outside of work…
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out for a long walk (with a podcast or playlist in ear), sipping a good cup of coffee, or using my next social catch-up as an excuse to try a new cafe!
