Initial consultation (60 minutes)

A comprehensive session where we discuss your goals, medical history, lifestyle, symptoms, barriers, motivators, physical activity and diet. Expect to walk away from your first appointment with a clear plan moving forward including relevant nutrition education, meal and snack ideas, recipes and guidance. During the session we’ll discuss the “why” behind recommended changes, including how this ties in with your overarching goals and strategies to make this not only achievable but also sustainable.

Review consultation (45 minutes)

Ongoing support to review progress, adjust your plan and work through challenges in a more in-depth way.

These sessions allow time to explore what’s working, what’s not and make meaningful adjustments (especially if you’re navigating multiple symptoms or looking for more guidance and clarity).

Short review consultation (30 minutes)

A shorter, focused session for reviewing progress, making small adjustments and checking in for accountability, motivation and momentum.

Best suited for simpler follow-ups or when you have one or two specific areas to work through
